Adding to an existing order - this is in case you ordered the wrong style and need to add wording or pearl coverage to an existing order!

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Current processing time is 3-6 weeks depending on the item purchased; though most orders are completed and shipped earlier. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is finished and ready to ship.

If you need your order sooner than the current processing time, a Rush Order Add-On is available to purchase at checkout

All domestic orders include free USPS Ground Shipping. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping service or delivery timeline, upgraded shipping options are available. I’ll personally notify you once your order is complete and on its way!

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made to order, full refunds are not available for customized products. I take great care to ensure your order is made exactly as requested, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out directly so we can discuss available options.

A partial refund may be offered once the item is returned and inspected. To qualify for a partial refund:

• The shoes must be unused and unaltered.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Once the return is received and inspected, a partial refund will be processed.
