Shipping policy
We offer free U.S. ground shipping on all orders over $100!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Our current processing time is roughly 4–6 weeks, though most orders ship earlier. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
If you need your order sooner, faster shipping options are available at checkout, but please note that selecting faster shipping does not expedite processing time. Processing upgrades can be purchased separately — please check out our Rush Order listings if you’d like to have your order made and shipped sooner.

If you are local to the Sacramento Area and would like to schedule a pickup for your order please message me to coordinate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally! Standard international shipping rates apply.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fiveever & Always Custom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fiveeverandalwayscustom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
